I want to exchange my product! How do I?

Order what you want to switch to our shop, as a regular order. You may then home goods within 1-3 days.
At the same time, you send back the product that you want to change, along with your account number. Once we have received your be so we put the money for it at your bank, the customer is responsible for shipping.
If the weight is less than 2kg so will you send the return by mail, if the package exceeds 2kg so will the return be sent as a business package. Do not send returns by registered mail / parcels, we do not fetch packages sent to agent with Schenker, DHL; DSV or record, these options require that the person who retrieves must have power of attorney.

2. I want to return my product and get your money refunded!

Send back your time with your account number if you paid by invoice or cash on delivery, if you were paying you to be short and we will refund the amount for the item to the card that the goods are paid with.
